Middleton, Wisconsin, June 3, 2013 –145 golfers took to the course at Maple Bluff Country Club on May 13th for the 12th Annual Battling Cancer Golf Classic. This fundraiser, hosted by Standard Imaging, Inc., garnered over $14,500 for the American Cancer Society and the University of Wisconsin Carbone Cancer Center.

“The support we received from our sponsors and participants was amazing,” said Standard Imaging President and Chief Executive Office Ed Neumueller. “Once again our hosts at Maple Bluff Country Club did a stellar job providing us with a great venue and fabulous service and we raised an impressive amount of money to forward on to hard working cancer researchers.”

Standard Imaging contributed an additional $8,000 in matching funds to the proceeds from raffle tickets, silent auctions and direct donations; surpassing their ultimate goal of $22,000. Since 2002, this collaboration of Standard Imaging’s owners, employees, local business leaders and volunteers has raisedover $220,000 for cancer research.
